Simba is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 16 August we rushed to London Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $2,800. They have stabilized Simba, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Simba is more than a pet - Simba is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $145 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to London Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
