After burnout at work, Karanja has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Mbale Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each. Karanja has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Karanja could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Karanja, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $315 goes: • 20 therapy sessions: $290 • Psychiatric assessment: $20 • Workbook and resources: $5 With deep gratitude, Nabirye
