Help Kaori save Bruno - surgery needed
Bruno, Kaori's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for a ruptured cruciate ligament costing $1,550.

Bruno is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 7 December we rushed to the Tokyo Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,550.
They have stabilized Bruno, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Bruno is more than a pet - Bruno got me through my hardest year. I have already put $240 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Tokyo Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Bruno's recovery.
Where the $1,550 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $630
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $500
• Medication and follow-up visits: $210
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $210
Every share and every dollar helps.

Stay strong, Kaori. It takes guts to ask. Well done.
hope things get better soon, Kaori. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Please keep us posted. Greetings from Albany
Keep going. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
