Help Jyoti save Mocha - surgery needed
Mocha, Jyoti's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $1,750.

Mocha is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 23 December we rushed to Glasgow Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,750.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $340 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Glasgow Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Mocha's recovery.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $800
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $460
• Medication and follow-up visits: $230
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $260
