Help Jun save Hazel - surgery needed
A German shepherd named Hazel needs orthopedic surgery - a $2,400 bill the family can't cover.

Hazel is my German shepherd of three years. On 28 August we rushed to Atlanta Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,400.
They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $360 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Atlanta Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,400 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,350
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $530
• Medication and follow-up visits: $260
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $260
