After years of caregiving, Julieta has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Cali Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each. Julieta has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Julieta could afford.
