Help Julian afford 20 counseling sessions
After the loss of my brother, Julian has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $1,900.

After the loss of my brother, Julian has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Mississauga Counselling Collective cost $65 each.
Julian has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Julian could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Julian, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
