Help Joyce save Rosie - surgery needed

Rosie is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 25 August we rushed to Pasig Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $550. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
