Help Joyce save Hazel - surgery needed
Hazel, Joyce's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $1,900.

Hazel is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 23 August we rushed to the Tampa Emergency Vet Clinic with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $1,900.
They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $300 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Tampa Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,900 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $135
• Emergency surgery: $1,600
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $165
