Comilla
In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $115 are beyond us. I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $10. The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request. If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it. I hope life is good to you.

  • Keep going, Joy. I hope things turn around soon. Blessings.

    • I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Comilla.

      • I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope December is when things finally get easier. God bless
