The heating account is 3 months behind. Joshua received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $850 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Joshua called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
