Ziggy is my cat of two years. On 23 May we rushed to Kakamega Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Ziggy, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Ziggy is more than a pet - Ziggy got me through my hardest year. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kakamega Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $400 goes: • Emergency surgery: $350 • Medication and follow-up visits: $20 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
