Help Josefina finish an accounting degree at Makati Community College - $550 to go

Josefina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an accounting degree at Makati Community College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Josefina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Josefina has a distinction average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Josefina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Josefina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Makati Community College bursar's office.
