Jose was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in August. The surgeon at London University Hospital recommended emergency hernia repair, and He is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,300, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,150 short. my son has been in and out of London University Hospital since August.
