Is there anything that isn't money that would help Jomar?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about gas arrears, advice is welcome too. Thanks for looking so closely.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
how long do you have before April?
It's firm, April. After that things get a lot harder, so anything before then helps most. Thanks for asking.
you're not alone, Leo. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 6 years ago and strangers helped me out.
how is Jomar doing now?
Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Faisalabad.
this could happen to any of us. After 8 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
Does the money go straight to the utility company or to you?
It comes to me first, then I pay the utility company myself and upload the receipt. I wouldn't be comfortable any other way. Happy to explain more.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
Could you add a copy of the disconnection notice with private details blacked out?
Yes. It's with the moderators already, and I'll share a blurred copy here too. Happy to explain more.
Rooting for you, Leo. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Take care
What's already covered and what's the $150 for?
Sure. The biggest one is gas arrears, $105. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
Hope this works out for you. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Quezon City.
