Help João with an overdue water bill before summer
A disconnection notice for water arrived and João needs $200 before April.

The water account is 4 months behind. João received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $200 is paid. He had never been late before February's medical emergency.
João called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
João is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for João.
Sure. The biggest one is water arrears, $80. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
