After the death of both parents, Ji-min has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Busan Counselling Collective cost $50 each. Ji-min has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ji-min could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Ji-min, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
