Help Jennifer with an overdue gas bill before winter

The gas account is 4 months behind. Jennifer received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $950 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Jennifer called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $155 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Jennifer is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Jennifer's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $950 goes: • Heating arrears: $580 • Reconnection and late fees: $150 • Down payment on a payment plan: $220 With deep gratitude, Ximena
