Jayson was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in October. The surgeon at Saint Matthew Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and He is scheduled for January. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,200, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $900 short.
my father has been in and out of Saint Matthew Hospital since October. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,200 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Jayson struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Jayson won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.

Sure. The biggest one is hospital stay (2 nights), $190. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one.
