Help Jamal start the school year with the right tools
Help Jamal begin Form 4 with a laptop, uniform and books.

I earned a place in Form 4 at Mecca Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $500, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $500 goes:
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $55
• Laptop: $340
• School uniform and shoes: $105
Every share and every dollar helps.

Updates from Jamal
Good news. Because of your gifts ($213 in total) I made the first payment toward school uniform and shoes. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

Hope things get better soon. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Put this on a community board in Saint Petersburg this morning. Blessings.
