After bullying at school, Jacques has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Pretoria Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
Jacques has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jacques could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
