Help Ivy with an overdue electricity bill before the rainy season

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Ivy received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $550 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Ivy called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Ivy is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
