I make my living with my school-run minibus. 8 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,050. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal. Where the $1,050 goes: • Towing and inspection: $105 • Labor charges: $290 • fuel pump replacement (parts): $655 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

  • Thinking of you and your family. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.

    • Thinking of you, Isaac. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours. God bless.

      • thinking of you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Munich.
