Since 2020, our volunteer team has run Bread & Beans Kitchen every Sunday from the back of a community center. We started with 23 families, and now we feed 110 each week. Donations have dropped by about 37% this winter, while the line has grown every single week. We rely on volunteers - 15 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Celaya market and keep every receipt. Each $15 feeds a family of four for a week. All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.       Sure. The biggest one is refrigeration and electricity, $110. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
