Help Inés keep the Community Pantry pantry stocked
Inés runs a volunteer pantry feeding 239 families; this fund restocks shelves for the summer.

Since 2022, our volunteer team has run Community Pantry every Sunday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 20 families, and now we feed 239 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 35% this summer, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 19 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Tarragona market and keep every receipt.
Each $40 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $2,450 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $270
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $1,250
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $930
