Help Imam lay Ahmad to rest with dignity in Surabaya
After the sudden passing of Ahmad, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Ahmad, my brother, passed away on 9 August after a sudden heart attack. He was 27 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $700 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 15 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Ahmad to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.

• Transport of the deceased: $45
