Ihor called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Ihor is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
