Help Ida with an overdue electricity bill before winter
Ida is behind on electricity bills after a reduction in hours and needs $650 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Ida received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $650 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Ida called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Ida is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
