The heating account is 4 months behind. Hüseyin received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $250 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in May. Hüseyin called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
