Help Humaira save Hazel - surgery needed

Hazel is my cat of three years. On 19 July we rushed to the Faisalabad Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $30 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
