Help Hugo with an overdue water bill before summer
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Hugo needs $200 before September.

The water account is 2 months behind. Hugo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $200 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Hugo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Hugo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Electricity arrears: $105
• Reconnection and late fees: $45
• Down payment on a payment plan: $50
