Help Hina through 10 rounds of treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Supporting Hina through acute lymphoblastic leukemia: medication, transport to Kawasaki Regional Medical Center, and living costs while She can't work.
🇯🇵 Japan119 views
Hina was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in August. The oncology team at Kawasaki Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in December. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Hina is 34, worked as a farmer until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Kawasaki Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $6,500 goes:
• Transport to Kawasaki Regional Medical Center: $570
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,000
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $240
• Scans and lab work: $690
With deep gratitude,
Sosuke
