Help Hiba with asylum application filing and attorney fees
Hiba needs $800 for filing fees and representation in an asylum application before the September deadline.

Hiba is facing an asylum application. The hearing is scheduled for September, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $800. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Hiba has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at a local immigrant rights clinic has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Hiba could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
The money goes to the immigration attorney's trust account and the court filing office. I'll upload receipts with sensitive details removed.
Where the $800 goes:
• Filing and biometrics fees: $480
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $175
• Certified translations and document copies: $145
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Stay strong, Nabil. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. God bless.
