Help Hiba with an overdue electricity and water bill before winter
Hiba is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in May and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Hiba received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in May.
Hiba called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Hiba is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Hiba's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
