The registrar has said Herman can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Herman has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Herman would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Herman isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
