Help Henry through 6 rounds of treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia
6 rounds of treatment are planned at Warri University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.
🇳🇬 Nigeria682 views
Henry was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in March. The oncology team at Warri University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in June. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Henry is 52, worked as a shop owner until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Warri University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $300 goes:
• Transport to Warri University Hospital: $50
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $80
• Scans and lab work: $170
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
