Help Henk start the school year with the right tools
Henk won a place at Nijmegen Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
Anywhere in the world927 views
Henk earned a place in Year 10 at Nijmegen Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $900, which is more than they have.
Henk loves biology and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $900 goes:
• Laptop: $450
• School uniform and shoes: $175
• Textbooks and workbooks: $170
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $105

How is Henk doing now?
I hope things turn around soon. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Warangal.
Wishing you peace, Saar. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor in Tokyo donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
Hope it all works out, Saar. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. God bless.
