Help Heather through 12 rounds of treatment for kidney cancer

Heather was diagnosed with kidney cancer in February. The oncology team at Bakersfield University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in May. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Heather is 40, worked as a bakery worker until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bakersfield University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
