Help Hazel save Luna - surgery needed
A three-legged dog named Luna needs orthopedic surgery - a $250 bill the family can't cover.

Luna is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 17 September we rushed to Quezon City Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250.
They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Luna is more than a pet - Luna is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Quezon City Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
