Help Hala start the school year with the right tools
Hala won a place at Medina Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Hala earned a place in Year 10 at Medina Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $400, which is more than they have.
Hala loves robotics and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $400 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $155
• Textbooks and workbooks: $170
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $75
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Updates from Mazen
Good news. Because of your gifts ($340 in total) I made the first payment toward calculator, stationery and a school bag. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
Wanted to say thank you properly. 56% funded and I made the first payment toward calculator, stationery and a school bag.
