Help Haider lay Shoaib to rest with dignity in Gujranwala
Haider lost his brother suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $550.
🇵🇰 Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan724 views
Shoaib, my brother, passed away on 29 January after a sudden heart attack. He was 89 years old. He was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $550 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 13 February.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Shoaib to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.
Where the $550 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $290
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $170
• Transport of the deceased: $60
• Memorial gathering for the family: $30
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Wishing you the best, Haider. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
keep going, Haider. Hope this works out for you. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Take care.
