Pepper is my tabby kitten of six years. On 22 July we rushed to Bogotá Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $650.
They have stabilized Pepper, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Pepper is more than a pet - Pepper walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $85 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Bogotá Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.

• Medication and follow-up visits: $90
