A first-generation student, Goro needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an electrical engineering diploma.

Goro is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Shinjuku Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,400.
The registrar has said Goro can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Goro has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Goro would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Goro isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $5,400 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,400
• Final term tuition: $2,450
• Exam and lab fees: $290
• Textbooks and materials: $260
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Goro
