Help Gloria save Oscar - surgery needed

Oscar is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 2 July we rushed to the Leeds Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $2,250. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Leeds Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $2,250 goes: • Emergency surgery: $1,450 • Hospitalization (3 nights): $390 • Medication and follow-up visits: $210 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $200 Thank you for reading my story. - Gloria
