Sharon, my sister, passed away on 29 October after a road accident. She was 27 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $3,850 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 10 November.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Sharon to have a dignified farewell.

Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Sydney hospice.
