Help Ghada restart a small grocery stall in Riyadh after a break-in
Ghada has run a small grocery stall for nine years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $2,050 will put it back on its feet.

For nine years I have run a small grocery stall in Riyadh. In December, a break-in took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $2,050 goes:
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $470
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $1,300
• Working capital for the first month: $280
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Rooting for you. Hope you make a strong comeback. All the best.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Ghada
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. initial stock: fresh produce comes first ($470) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Good question.
Thinking of you, Ghada. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Take care
Thinking of you, Ghada. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
best of luck. Small businesses are the heart of Riyadh. Hope you're open again soon. Don't give up
Rooting for you. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Put this on a community board in Zaporizhzhia this morning. Take care.
Good luck. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I'm in hospitality myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless
Good luck, Ghada. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double!
keep going, Ghada. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless.
