Help Gemma finish a degree in civil engineering at Pasig Community College - $500 to go

Gemma is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at Pasig Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Gemma can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Gemma has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Gemma would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
