Maple is my German shepherd of two years. On 8 January we rushed to the Makassar Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond April. Maple is more than a pet - Maple walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Makassar Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
