Help Florence start the school year with the right tools

Florence earned a place in Year 10 at Nairobi Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $250, which is more than they have. Florence loves biology and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $250 goes: • Laptop: $120 • School uniform and shoes: $45 • Textbooks and workbooks: $45 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Akinyi
