Help Felipe with an overdue heating bill before summer
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Felipe needs $250 before August.

The heating account is 3 months behind. Felipe received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $250 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Felipe called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Felipe is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
